1. Here’s how we can begin to organize better: If you want to start an initiative and an existing one, you should plug in — join forces and leverage on one another for better IMPACT.

At the moment, there are too many of us doing the same thing, and we think this is a good thing. Still, it is not, for according to the laws of advancements, growth, and development, the only way to grow is to grow vertically, rising upwards. Africa’s current kind of growth is a Horizontal growth, so it sees us spreading and duplicating inferior works when we can come together to build better conglomerates.

2. Lessons from my 20s:

Use your 20’s to try lots of things and to become comfortable with how remarkable change can be. But “before you leave your comfort zone, arm yourself with education and a dream.” Do all you can to get knowledge, under fire and high waters, under the most comfortable and uncomfortable conditions, gain knowledge. Sleep on the streets if I have to; what matters is what you will get and where it will take you.

In your 20’s, your goal should be to build some level of influence so you can use it positively and create value for others. As you create value, you will feel fulfilled. Then, sit back and be grateful for what you have made.

In your 20’s, the more you get distracted by the little things that don’t matter and that you can’t change, the less time you will have to change the world with your sheer brilliance that is locked away inside of you.

3. Collaboration for IMPACT: Tool for sustainable Friendship and Network

Nothing builds family and friendship bonds amongst people more than what you do together, the shared values, and the cultural exchanges.

Get on projects together, help amplify each other’s works and voices. Share opportunities and always refer and recommend your networks!

In a few years, your friends from all over the world would become heads of states, heads of ministries, parastatals. Some will become prime ministers, ambassadors, ministers, excellent parents, Global teachers, Health workers, skilled handyman/women, professionals across diverse fields, etc. The question is, where would you be in their story? Pulling them down or helping each other build? — the devil is wicked, don’t let him work through you. Be at peace with all men and try as much as you can to always be a stepping stone for others and never a stumbling block.

VIVA AFRICA! VIVA!!!

4. A LESSON WE ALL NEED TO LEARN AND ADAPT FAST;

“If you are at an advantage position, allow others to reach and attain their small #goals through your assistance.”

Be a #pillar, not an #obstacle.

It is for your good.

Pillars provide #support and remain #relevant and sometimes repositioned for more extraordinary things. Pillars are strengthened to do more.

Pillars are celebrated in life and death.

Pillars are the foundations of society, and obstacles are often removed and, once removed, are never remembered for good.

It is a #law of #nature.

5. Connect with people at in love and humility.

You make friends easier when you’re genuinely interested in them rather than try to make them interested in you, and you must have fun meeting people if you expect them to have a good time meeting you.

AYA and the AYM POWER TEAM

Dear Radical Aya Chebbi, as you transition, we hope to continue to be inspired by you and your works. We hope that you continue to find the courage to represent values of eternal truth & social justice worldwide!

Dough ONAH
